It is the slow smoke with American Oak and the variety of spice blends we make that give our food its unique flavor. It’s the combination that all meats dream about! Our spices are available for purchase at the restaurant or online at our store.

At The Smoking Rooster we have compiled the most comprehensive rum selection in the V.I. and are proud to present it to you. Though our emphasis is on rum inspired cocktails, we also pride ourselves on our in-house infusions, small batch tap only local craft beer and our twists on classics cocktails.
