State of the Territory is a platform that highlights news that propels the U.S. Virgin Islands onto the national and international stage; actively injecting the Virgin Islands and its sister territories like Puerto Rico and Guam into the conversation or any proposed legislation in Washington.
State of the Territory’s founder, Amaziah George hopes to inspire Millennials to take active roles in public service and spur a new wave of business creation in the VI. Amaziah was born and raised in St. Thomas, is a Marine Corps veteran and has specialized in marketing, team organization, and social activism.
